The annual Region IV meeting was held in St. Paul at the Embassy Suites on Saturday, April 14, 2007. The states represented at this meeting included South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Attending this meeting from South Dakota was Karen Otterberg, ASRT Delegate, Mitzi Drey, incoming ASRT Delegate, and Sharon Wartenbee, incoming National Bone Densitometry Chapter Delegate. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and review the proposed resolutions and by-laws that will be voted on in the House of Delegates at the ASRT annual conference. This conference will be held June 1-4, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM.

Under the new restructuring of the ASRT House of Delegates, the regions have been dissolved. With all attendees feeling that this meeting is of vital importance to all voting delegates it was decided to again host the meeting in St. Paul in 2008. All interested parties from any affiliate states are invited to attend. The date set is Saturday, April 5, 2008. The cost will be $25.00 per person which will include lunch and snacks.
