SDSRT Membership dues may be submitted by one of the following methods:
1. Electronically - Complete the form below and click "Submit" at the bottom of the form. This will take you to the secure PayPal site where you can pay for your membership. (NOTE: You must submit the following form AND pay for your membership through PayPal in order to complete the electronic membership application process.)
2. By Mail - Complete the form below and click "Print" at bottom of page. Mail the form along with your payment to the SDSRT Executive Secretary at the address located at the bottom of the form.
