SDSRT Travel Grant
The SDSRT Travel Award provides up to $2,000 for one recipient to attend the ASRT Educational Symposium and Annual Governance Meeting.
What’s Included:
- Round‑trip airfare
- Single‑occupancy hotel stay
- Conference registration
- Up to $500 for meals, ground transport, and incidentals
Expenses beyond $2,000 or not listed are the recipient’s responsibility.
Requirements:
- Must be an SDSRT & ASRT member
- Must be 21 years of age
- Can not be a current student
- SDSRT approves all travel and hotel accommodations.
- The recipient must meet all travel requirements and cover any personal charges.
- Award must be accepted within 10 business days of notification.
- If unable to attend, the recipient must notify SDSRT in writing and the award will be forfeited.
Liability & Compliance:
Recipients accept all travel risks and agree to release SDSRT from liability. Failure to follow award terms may result in forfeiture.
Post‑Conference:
A brief travel log and photo must be submitted within two weeks of returning.
